Bieres de Chimay SA
De Brouwerij van Chimay (officieel Bières de Chimay S.A.) is gevestigd in de Abdij Notre-Dame de Scourmont. Het is een van de weinige erkende trappistenbrouwerijen ter wereld waar de monniken nog steeds toezicht houden op de productie. De abdij werd gesticht in 1850 en de commerciële brouwerij startte in 1862.
